Parks Canada Award<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 1996, the Parks Canada Award was presented to the Society honouring the work of the Society ,through the National History Committee, in preserving and publicizing the heritage of Canada.<\/p>\n

Pierre Berton History Award<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2002, in recognition of the efforts of the CSCE National History Committee through their History Program, the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering was awarded the prestigious Pierre Berton Award, presented annually by Canada\u2019s National History Society to \u201can individual or organization that has helped popularize Canadian History and brought it to a wider audience\u201d.<\/p>\n
